At Summit Innovation Lab, our mission is to provide immersive and enriching STEM experiences and literacy support for children, equipping them with the skills and curiosity needed to thrive.

Could your child solve the mission? 🤖

This isn’t just another LEGO class. It’s a real FIRST LEGO League competition team for 4th–8th graders ready to build, code, test, troubleshoot, and compete together.

Students will design and program an autonomous LEGO robot, tackle timed missions, develop an Innovation Project, and learn how to turn setbacks into better solutions.

📅 Wednesdays, 5:00–7:00 p.m.
🚀 Starts September 23 and runs through January
🏆 One or two Treasure Valley competitions
💳 $219 per month for five months
📍 Summit Innovation Lab in Boise

Tuition includes coaching, materials, team and program fees, a team T-shirt, and competition entry. No previous FLL experience is required.

🚀 WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME STEM COACH

Do you know someone who is great with kids and loves building, creating, science, technology, or engineering?

Summit Innovation Lab is looking for an energetic, dependable STEM Coach to lead hands-on experiences for elementary and middle-school students in Boise.

Our coaches help kids:
🔧 Build & engineer
🤖 Explore robotics
💻 Code & create
🧠 Solve real problems
💡 Test ideas, make mistakes, and try again

You do NOT need to be a teacher or STEM expert. We provide the curriculum, materials, projects, and training. We're looking for someone who connects well with kids, is curious, dependable, and isn't afraid to learn alongside them.

🎓 Great opportunity for college students studying engineering, computer science, education, math, or science — as well as educators, makers, youth-program staff, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.

📍 Boise + local partner schools
⏰ Primarily weekday after-school hours
💵 $16/hour
🧪 Training and curriculum provided

At 3D Printing Challenge Lab, kids will design, test, problem-solve, and turn their ideas into something they can actually hold.

Our Summit location is open August 10–14 for one more week of hands-on STEM camp, perfect for families whose school year does not begin until later that week.

Expect building, designing, coding, experimenting, and a suspicious amount of creativity before the backpacks come back out.
