🔨 NOW HIRING — ENTRY-LEVEL WELDER / FABRICATOR

83MetalCraft LLC | Boise, Idaho

83MetalCraft LLC is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to build their skills, work with their hands, and become part of a custom metal fabrication team.

This is an entry-level fabrication position, but applicants must have some verifiable welding experience and be able to accurately read a tape measure.

Our work includes custom metal railings, stair railings, gates, ornamental metalwork, architectural fabrication, and field installation throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley.

🔧 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has basic MIG welding experience
• Can accurately read a tape measure
• Understands basic measurements and layout
• Is willing to learn fabrication techniques
• Can safely use grinders, drills and shop tools
• Is dependable, motivated and coachable
• Can think through problems and ask questions
• Takes pride in quality workmanship

This is hands-on work—not sitting in a welding booth all day. You'll be cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, welding, measuring and helping turn raw steel into finished custom projects.

💰 PAY: DOE — Depending On Experience

💵 Paid bi-weekly

🕐 FULL-TIME
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Occasional overtime as needed.

There is also the possibility of project-based bonus pay for employees who demonstrate strong efficiency, quality and production.

🔨 NOW HIRING — WELDER / METAL FABRICATOR

83MetalCraft is growing, and we're looking for a Welder/Fabricator with 1–3 years of experience who is dependable, self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in quality work.

This is hands-on custom fabrication—not sitting in a welding booth all day. No two projects are the same.

Our work includes custom railings, stair railings, gates, ornamental metalwork, architectural fabrication and field installation throughout Boise & the Treasure Valley.

🔧 YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH:
• MIG welding & machine setup
• Tape measurements, fractions & basic geometry
• T-bevels & fabrication layout
• Saw cutting, drilling, fitting & grinding
• Railing & gate fabrication
• Field measuring & installation
• Troubleshooting unique fabrication problems
• Proper PPE & safe equipment operation

🧠 PROBLEM SOLVING MATTERS

Custom fabrication requires thinking. Existing structures aren't always square, measurements don't always match, and stair angles can be unpredictable.

We need someone who can stop, think, measure, troubleshoot and find a solution.

💰 PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated skill level.

Potential for project-based bonus pay when efficiency, quality and production goals are consistently met.

Paid bi-weekly.

🕐 Monday–Friday | 7 AM–3 PM
40 hours/week + occasional overtime.

💪 This is physical work. Expect extended periods of standing, welding, grinding, fitting and fabrication, with occasional lifting of 45–90 lbs.

We're looking for someone who can eventually work independently without constant supervision.
