This floor was scary to walk on.
We remove all old subfloor, joists, sill plates and rim joists that had rotted out. We installed new pt sill plates, new joists correctly spaced and a girder beam down the middle. We also installed the new subfloor.

We started our Saturday early by disposing of the demo from this week's projects, followed by the pickup and staging of materials for next week's projects, and concluded the day by spreading gravel on a washed-out driveway for my mother-in-law.

We had the privilege of fixing sagging and bouncy floors in this home. If your furniture shakes when you walk by it could be indicative of a failing floor system.

The previous contractor was happy to let all the stray bandaids and bobby-pins disappear into the abyss below the vanity!
We fixed that up for the homeowner!

This was a brand new remodel that, unfortunately for the homeowner, their previous contractor didn’t have the proper knowledge to complete correctly.
These weren’t even all the problems in this one room.
