I know we haven’t posted final updates on the latest home but we wanted to surprise our out of town owners with the final product. We want to give a huge thank you to Tom and Anne McCormick for allowing us the opportunity to build this beautiful custom 3/2/2 home. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we hope they love their new home. From permit to certificate of completion it took 4 months. We are blessed to have wonderful new neighbors moving into our community, and thankful for our new friends.

The Regions Park restoration in Marianna is coming along. Sometimes when you get into a project it’s not what everyone expected and the scope has to shift.

⚖️ HDC is fortunate to be working alongside a wonderful Team of engineers that has a great vision to make this project incredible.

🧱 In this case the wall was too far gone to restore and we had to demolish it for safety reasons.

😊 Don’t fret because we will build it back better and more beautiful.

Friday Update…As we wrap up week 11 of this beautiful build this will be th last picture of the exterior incomplete.

👀 🔨 Next week we will be finishing the exterior; all inside from there on out. 👏 The interior painting and doors are completed. The cabinets are done.

🤯 As we enter week 12 expect to see HVAC, plumbing and electrical trim outs, landscaping and the installation of the whole house generator.

🔌 We also expect power by the end of the week.
