Atlas has launched ReGenX™ Technology - a breakthrough in material science that closes the loop on product life cycles by turning used materials into new, high-performance recycled content products. All Atlas DuraTherm® insulated shippers are now manufactured with ReGenX Technology, delivering 30% recycled content at no added cost to customers.

Here's how it works: Internal plant scrap and end-of-life materials are collected, sorted, densified, and processed using advanced reclamation and reforming technology into a new recycled resin. That resin is molded into products that meet or exceed the strength, durability, and quality of virgin materials.

The result: circular cold chain packaging and insulation solutions that reduce waste and emissions, support ESG goals, and keep materials out of landfills.

Did you know EPS holds its shape, even under the most demanding conditions?

Dimensional stability is the ability of a material to maintain its original dimensions when exposed to temperature changes and humidity. For insulation, it's the difference between a product that performs for years and one that doesn't.

Did you know the air around you is 21% oxygen?

That number matters more than you'd think when it comes to building materials.

The Oxygen Index measures the minimum concentration of oxygen a material needs to maintain combustion. A higher index means a material is harder to keep burning. A lower index means the opposite.

Atlas EPS products are formulated with fire retardants to meet a minimum oxygen index of 24%, exceeding what's present in atmospheric air. ThermalStar® insulation meets ASTM C578. Elevation® Geofoam meets ASTM D6817.

That's not a coincidence. That's by design.

Congratulations to our Fond du Lac teams at the Trowbridge Plant and Fox Ridge Plant! Together, they achieved nearly 500,000 safe hours and reached our 2025 Zero Harm milestone.
