Mission Statement for VRCES:
I designed VRCES and am the Project Management Coordinator. I am not the 100% Owner of VRCES as it is going to be registered as a Professional Limited Liability Corporation , due to its Engineering Solutions, and is leveraging with percentages of VRCES for Experienced - Employees , as well as Financial Investors.
My name is Craig Duncan, and I am starting a new Company .
Visionary Restorations Construction & Engineering Solutions.
Our Vision is to create a company that is capable of a large variety of services for its clients.

I have designed , as-well as structured a Company . I am putting together a Project Management Team comprised of individuals that are driven , self motivated, have business experience, as-well as an assortment of experts in fields that are independent of each others .
This I believe is an advantage in this industry. It is going to separate me from my counterparts, and at the same time , allow my company to be honest with its clients , as-well as give them the best customer service that can be offered in the construction. & Engineering industry.
I realized that a vision of this magnitude can not be obtained by one individual alone. So, made it a point to give my Project Management Team 5% each of VRCES ( Visionary Restorations Construction & Engineering Solutions ) to keep them motivated , with the company , and most of all ( hopefully ) giving VRCES a Project Management Team capable of doing a variety of endeavors from the start.
Our intentions are to staff , equip , and divide VRCES into eight main divisions :
-Heavy Construction & -Engineering Solutions
-Light Construction Solutions
-Landscaping & Design Solutions
- Trees , and Commerical Clearing for Devopment .
-Wind-Turbine / Hydro-Electric / Solar-Electric Solutions
-Air & Water Filtration Solutions
-Emergency Shelters & Underground Solutions
-Regional Emergency Response Units to Aid in Natural or Man-made Disasters with-in VRCES's operating range.

You see Investors , a lot of company's seem to fail from lack of oversight , lack of management, lack of marketing , and from not realizing ahead of time , that not every aspect in a plan works out as desired.
So , I am building a company that is designed for rapid growth & expansion , as -well as failures. Modular , so to speak.
This will allow me to be able to close a division down for unbalanced profit to loss statements . Without affecting any other division , thus - allowing VRCES to continue to operate for its Clients, Employees , as-well as Investors.
VRCES intends to Licence, Insure, and Operate in nine States to start out . MO, IL, IA, KY, TN, AR, OK, KS, & NE.
I am a Fire Rescue , Search & Rescue Fire Fighter as-well , and intend to build a disaster relief team comprised of EMT's, Fire -Rescue Fire fighters, Construction Specialists with Engineering backgrounds, to do contract work with FEMA , and DHSA on my next stage of funding, ( after initial ) in the event of natural or man-made disasters to serve our Communities within a nine state operating range.
This is Our Vision here at VRCES , and we do appreciate any and all help to complete our start up and start satisfying clients .
