A familiar face is coming back through the doors at Harris Auto Racing.
Beginning September 7th, Brandon Mannhardt will officially rejoin the Harris team as a Technical Sales Representative, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him back.
Brandon has spent his entire life around motorsports. Directly out of high school in 2004, he began working in professional motorsports with Evernham Motorsports’ NASCAR Cup and ARCA teams before returning to dirt racing with Kyle Strickler Motorsports in 2006. After moving back to the Midwest in 2012, Brandon served as crew chief for Kates Motorsports, where the team competed in Harris cars and worked directly with Kyle as their Harris salesman. That relationship eventually led Brandon to officially join Harris Auto Racing in 2015.
During his time at Harris, Brandon became a key part of our assembly shop while also playing a major role in the Harris House Car program as crew chief. His hands-on knowledge, work ethic, and years of experience made him an important part of our team both inside the shop and at the racetrack.
Since leaving Harris in 2022, Brandon has continued working in the racing industry, gaining even more experience in technical sales and support, purchasing, scheduling, production, and the day-to-day operations of a race shop. He’ll bring that experience, along with his years of hands-on knowledge of Harris, to his position as our Technical Sales Representative.
Brandon will work directly with Harris and Terminator customers providing parts sales, technical support and setup assistance, while also helping coordinate customer scheduling and needs throughout the shop.
Brandon’s first official week back will be at the 2026 IMCA Super Nationals, where you’ll find him at the Harris booth in Manufacturer's Row and throughout the pits helping provide technical support to our customers.
If you already know Brandon, be sure to welcome him back. If you don’t, stop by the shop, give us a call, or introduce yourself the next time you see him at the track.
