Jireh Industrial Services (JIS) was founded in 1993 by husband-and-wife team Tom and Marci Duby. With Marci’s acumen for admin and Tom’s almost-supernatural ability to figure out, fix, and engineer just about anything, JIS became a go-to resource for residential and commercial construction projects. As the years passed and the team grew, we refined our expertise with concrete repairs and facilities maintenance. In 2023, we added air pollution control to our roster of services. As a multigenerational family-owned business, we benefit from the decades of hard-won wisdom gained by Tom and Marci, and combine it with the energy and new ideas of our next generation of leaders: Candace Duby, Beth Duby, and Randal Paul. Transitioning the leadership to the Duby daughters, it’s been empowering to see them busting stereotypes about what’s possible for women in construction. As JIS continues to grow, we hope to expand our network of woman-owned businesses and help women thrive in the construction industry.
