Updated shelving with new shelving

Another basement completed 🙌
This time we were in Chestnut hill

On this we removed the outdated ceiling tiles and replaced with sheetrock and plaster.
We then added recessed lighting with a dimmer switch.
Built a wall to close off the living area from the storage area.
Ran luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the basement.
The ceilings and walls also got a coating of paint 👷

Firstly my wife and I welcomed our baby girl Éilís Marie into the world in May

We are working on two projects at the moment one in Cambridge and one in Saugas, we have also secured four other projects Chestnut hill, Milton, Dorchester and Scituate so we have a busy summer ahead....

In Braintree we are turning a living room into a bedroom, adding a closet and moving the entrance into the room

In Cambridge the attic and the basement are both going to be framed up and finished so they can be usable spaces
