Cant wait for true after photos but this bathroom just needs paint and an electrician! Cant go wrong with a heated floor! Customer really nailed this design all around. Will have final photos up when the fresh paint, baseboard heat and new lights and mirror are all set up!

In the process of building a grill patio for a client. Going to build a retaining wall around one side with a garden full of toppings for their burgers this year. Finished results coming soon!

Recaulk is always good! This job called for a wider bead of silicone due to moisture getting through. The joints between the floor and wall tile are expanding and the grout is with it. Hoping to rebuild this shower in the near future!
