The Kidney Cancer Association's 'KCA Challenge: 81K Strong' once again demonstrated the incredible power of the kidney cancer community, raising $170,000 to support patients, caregivers, research and advocacy. The campaign, which kicked off Kidney Cancer Awareness Month on March 1st and finished on World Kidney Cancer Day June 18th, exceeded its fundraising goal of $81,000, set in honor of the approximately 81,000 individuals who will be diagnosed with kidney cancer this year.

AVEO Oncology, an LG Chem company, announces an exciting new chapter in its leadership. Effective June 30th, Michael Bailey will be retiring from the role of President and Chief Executive Officer following a distinguished tenure leading the company. Current Chief Commercial Officer Mike Ferraresso has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and will join the company's Board of Directors. Kevin Peacock, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Analytics, has also been named Chief Commercial Officer.
