Founded in 1997, Charter has developed unique construction capabilities to satisfy our customers' new and evolving requirements in environmental remediation, heavy civil construction, and soil management construction services. Through careful project execution, we have grown to be a major contractor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts receiving national recognition from Engineering News Record

(ENR) as a Top 200 Environmental Firm. We plan and set up our projects by working closely with our customers considering key risks, stakeholder objectives, alternative approaches and safety hazards as part of planning to ensure effective project delivery. To maximize performance in the field, we leverage experienced staff, proven systems, and a fleet of company-owned equipment.

Material comes into the Grotto Ave Landfill in Pawtucket, RI and our D61 is put to work immediately, spreading and grading to build out the final cap and closure of the site.

Trucks are arriving daily from across New England hauling catch basin material, dredge sediment, and urban fill. With direct highway access, loads move efficiently from scale to placement, where permitted BUD materials help shape the final cap and closure of the site.
