Cityside is putting down roots in the as we continue growing across construction, development, and real estate. The biggest opportunity for us is what comes with it: more relationships, stronger partnerships, and more room to grow the team around the business.

Aniston Culton is the newest addition to Cityside Construction as our Brand & Content Manager. She’ll be taking the lead on how we present our work and the people behind it.

Our Cityside | Boston Real Estate Team team is growing alongside it with William Raveis Real Estate. We’re adding agents now as we build toward a full real estate team in early 2027.

As part of a16z’s inaugural Boston Tech Week, Cityside Construction hosted an event at the DOCA showroom in Brookline, bringing together builders, agents, and developers for an honest conversation about AI in real estate and construction.

With leaders from MIT and BLDUP at the table, it kept coming back to one thing: the tools are real, but the results still come down to the people using them. From zoning and permitting to what it takes to get a project built, AI is starting to touch every part of the work. None of it is automatic.

The best conversations happened after the panel. That is exactly what we built the room for. Thanks to William Raveis and DOCA for making it a good one. More to come.
