iGEM Glasgow 2015 Glasgow's team for the iGem competition 2015.

Good luck to our iGEM team on their way to represent Glasgow University in Boston! As part of their project, the team tackles the problem of Vitamin A deficiency which is a serious cause of preventative blindness in children. The team is hoping that the beta-carotene (precursor of Vitamin A) genes could be used to one day make a carotene-enriched yogurt.
