We take construction seriously—and we build with the future homeowner in mind. 🏡

At 261 Princeton Street in East Boston, we’ve incorporated thoughtful features and everyday comforts that owners will appreciate from the moment they move in.

That care extends beyond construction. This coffee table owner’s book will be waiting in each home, offering helpful guidance for understanding, caring for, and enjoying the space.

Because the details matter—during the build and long after we hand over the keys.

Mechanical systems are increasing in complexity and capability. The demands of the built space require careful planning and attention to requirements from design to installation.

At HCM we are finding that using our in house teams to design and build hvac systems around the needs of each project is the best process for the end user of the space. We can take into account all aspects of the design to fit the needs - from special requirements to feasibility of installation to availability and lead times to the right controls systems to service and maintenance support - not just a sizing exercise.

To meet the demands of today’s projects requires more effort and planning than ever before.

Sound Attenuation is a major factor in building new construction condominiums. In this video I discuss the assemblies that we have been using to accomplish very good sound proofing in our new builds.

This is one of those building science topics that you can spend a lot of time, effort and money to achieve increasingly diminishing returns.

What are your thoughts?

Something special is coming to Eastie.

As the Owner & GC, I’ve spent the last 6 months obsessing over every detail of these 4 new units. We don’t hit the MLS until May, but we are officially opening up the two Penthouse Units for off-market, private tours starting now.

Both Penthouses feature Private Roof Decks, 2-1/2 bathrooms, and town home up/down style living and the kind of high-end finishes you rarely see in new construction in Eastie.

Want to get in before the public? I’m sharing the floor plans and specs via DM.
