We are in the final stages of the Springhill Suites in Sandusky Ohio but had to share a picture of this cool wood ceiling that was just installed. We are loving the look of this ceiling with the lighting accents and the round bulkhead edges. The hotel will be opening early Summer 2026.

We have been giving St. Christopher Church in Vandalia, OH a bit of a facelift. We recently fixed some exterior skylights that were leaking. With leaking skylights comes drywall repair, which leads to painting. We are in the final stages of the repairs and it seems so much brighter.

We have been a long standing new construction hospitality contractor. We now have the ability to complete full service renovations of any hotel with the addition of Joe DeAngelis to our staff. Joe has 20+ years of renovation experience and has worked across the country. We are excited to see where this aspect of hospality contracting can take our company.

Proud contractor moment....Our project the Hotel Rambler received a national award for the EIFS install. We are very proud to partner with Able Exteriors Co. on this project as well as a vast majority of our projects. They do a great job and we can't thank them enough for their quality work. Well done!

We are taking advantage of the nice sunny weather this week to get our latest project up out of the ground. The Springhill Suites Fremont, Ohio project is getting rolling! We need this spring weather to stay!

We recently wrapped up the Hampton Inn Port Clinton project. The bay in the background really makes for some beautiful views. Enjoy the video of how our hotel projects come up out of the ground to a finished building.

After 2 years we are putting the final touches on our Hotel Rambler project. We are hoping to open in a few weeks. This project kept us on our toes and had us step out of our normal hotel box. We love the '70s vibes this proejct is giving us. We are excited to wrap this up and Ramble on down the road!

St John the Baptist Church in Tipp City has gone through a major interior remodel and we are happy that the pastor recommended us for the proejct. I mean we may know him pretty well and share the same last name! We are in the final clean up and getting the finishing touches completed for a wedding. We are so happy with the way this proejct looks. .
