Hey, guys!

We’ve had some customers mention that they’ve been having issues getting through on the office line or have been unable to leave a message. We are working with our provider to sort this out but in the meantime, if you’re having trouble getting through you can message us here on Facebook or email us at [email protected] for scheduling.

As many of you know, we are still open and will continue to do business for as long as we are able. Our amazing technicians are still in the field and we are still actively responding to calls.

Starting today, our office will be limiting visits to appointments only. We love all of you, and we greatly enjoy it when you visit us just to say hi or have a quick chat. But we also love it when all of you are safe and healthy. To help do our part, we will be limiting our interactions in the office (we're as disappointed as you are! 😭).

Don't fret, though! Things will return to normal soon. We are still cranking along and are here if you need us.

To Our Richner Family,

With everything going on in our state (and our country) today, we wanted to reach out to let everyone know that we will continue to remain open until we are advised otherwise. We understand the need to keep the heating and cooling systems running, especially for the more vulnerable members of our community.

We love our community and want to do everything we can to protect it. In an effort to better protect our valued customers and employees, our technicians will be wearing masks and gloves while inside your home. We will also be limiting face-to-face interactions with customers, both in the field and in the office. Your safety and comfort are our top priority!

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you feel more at ease when we are at your home. If you have any questions, give our office a call and we will be happy to go over any concerns you may have.

Hey guys!

We need your help - last Wednesday night someone came up to our shop in the middle of the night and stole a stack of sheet metal, metal tubing, a couple of large ladders, a brand new dolly, and a compressor - these are the items we know for sure are missing.

They were driving a dark-colored pick up truck, we believe it was a single cab, pulling an open trailer.

If anyone has any information, please give us a call. We have filed a report with BCPD as well.

Today’s the last day!

You guys have been absolutely amazing and we have collected more toys than we expected. But there’s still more time! Let’s fill our toy box up one more time and end this toy drive with a bang!

You can drop off your toy(s) in our office or at BC Dam Tacos across the street. Make sure that you stop by the office for your coupons and raffle tickets, though!

We’ve had a lot of people who have donated but have did not stop by the office to be entered into our raffle, so if you made a donation and did not receive a raffle ticket, please contact us at 702-293-5170 so we can make sure you get your raffle entries.
