Introducing the Aillio Bullet R2 and it's supercharged brother the R2 Pro🤯 Aillio have launched two extremely exciting upgrades to the well known, and loved - Aillio Bullet R1.
Packed with exciting upgrades, smart features and more power⚡ Here's the run down on what's new👇
More power than ever before - The R2 with 10 powers steps up to 1700W and the R2 Pro with 14 power steps up to 2300W🔥
Flowsense - A new dynamic system that measures airflow within the drum, and adjusts the fan automatically to maintain airflow stability💨
QuickClean Maintenance and Chaff Filter Alerts - Roaster maintenance is easier than ever with the Bullet R2 and Bullet R2 Pro, thanks to a complete under the hood redesign of the control panel. With alerts notifying you to clean or replace the chaff filter and dust filters to keep your bullet happy no matter how 'chaffy' things get 🧼
Upgrades for improved functionality - Much brighter integrated light, high-res OLED screen with more data, bean deflector, barometric pressure sensor, improved speakers with personalisation options, Wi-Fi support in due course, the list goes on! 👏
Here's an overview of some of the new features on the R2 PRO only👇
Larger batch capacity of 1.2kg with a more powerful cooling tray and automatic bean stirrer for hand-free cooling. More power allows for more 'headroom'. For example, one of the goals in the Nordic approach to roasting is reaching first crack very quickly. Without the R2 Pros power and speed, you may simply not be able to reach first crack in such a short time. If you are serious about roasting bigger batches of coffee more quickly, with plenty of headroom to experiment with different approaches, the Bullet R2 Pro is the way to go 🚀
For Bullet R1 owners - Upgrades to R2 is available with the ability to use the R2 Pros cooling tray with an additional power supply🎉
