Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and facility systems
Work with PLCs, VFDs, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
Repair/replace motors, belts, bearings, shafts, and related parts
Perform welding, fabrication, and basic pipe fitting
Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Assist production with equipment operation, cleaning, and assembly
Follow preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain and repair forklifts and powered industrial trucks
Keep work areas clean and safe
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
2–3 years of maintenance experience
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and vendors
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to look up parts online
Able to operate and become certified on forklifts, aerial lifts, etc.
Must own basic tools
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/sit for long periods
Lift, carry, push, pull up to 65 lbs
Work in a production environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Work at heights, on platforms, and under equipment
Work Environment:
Fast‑paced with deadlines
Overtime and weekend work as needed
On‑call rotation
Job Type: Full‑time
