Water Heater Relief Valve Leaking Call &
Sump Pit Pump Not Working. Pick-Up Parts Replace And Install New Water Htr. Pressure Relief Valve. Install Repipe and Replace Customer Provided Sump Pump .
Both Systems Operating as they should .

Some PM & Service Work
Call found System short cycling.
Troubleshoot found flame sensor dirty clean & Clean Burners . Found FLU Gas Collection Box Leaking from Gasket down on to flame sensor .
Return with Parts.
Remove Exhaust Gas Blower & Flu Gas Collector Box.
Clean & Prep & remove old Gasket material.
Install New Gasket on to Flu Gas Collection Box.
Remove old Flame Sensor , install remount & wire New flame Sensor. Remove Old Igniter found white mark on it indicating it could be worn or going bad.
Install Miount & Rewire New Ignitor.
Re Install & Mount Ehaust Blower Motor & Housing. Re Install Flu Piping Start Up and operational check . All ok at this time Keeping them warm with in Braidwood, IL.
