In the last couple of weeks we've done a variety of projects. A municipal rock sounding, geotech at an airport and a public library. Then environmental direct push and finally a limited access geotechnical project inside a factory. "Your hole is our goal".

It’s always fun to see what comes after our drilling adventures! …This time it’s Rivergate Mall getting a complete overhaul and redevelopment! Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on built land is a critical due diligence step, typically performed during property transactions to avoid future environmental liability for new renovations and redevelopment.

Merus is planning a massive overhaul of the struggling mall site.

In April 2023 we did the Geotechnical Drilling on the land for this project. Today, on its long awaited OPENING DAY, we stand and celebrate with the owner in the newly finished Purple Toad Winery Tasting Room - located in Bowling Green, KY. Delicious wine, beautiful atmosphere & friendly bartenders…sip, sip, hooray!
