Since we had Reid Wilkinson Photography in house, you know we had to get some good photos of the face of Greenwood.

For those who don’t know, Moose has been coming to the office since he was 4 years old (2019). He was diagnosed with heartworms, and required round-the-clock attention during his recovery to make sure he didn’t get too excited/active. The only reasonable solution was for him to start coming to the office. Undoubtedly he won over the hearts of everyone at the office, and has been coming to work every day since. He’s now on our brochures, trucks, vans, binders, etc as the face of Greenwood Refrigeration. Give this good boy a like!!

We are so excited to share this employee appreciation post! Many people don’t realize what all goes into the HVAC industry. They don’t realize how much these guys have to know and the tough places that they have to do them in. So, in order to show our guys how much we appreciate their knowledge and skill, we hired Reid Wilkinson Photography to follow them around for a few days to the jobs they were working on. The majority of their work is out of sight and out of mind, and if they do their job well, it’s never even thought about because it is working. So, in order to show them how much their work, skill, and knowledge is appreciated, we want to share these few photos with you all. Please let us know what you think in the comments, and next time you have a technician at your house, please let them know you appreciate the time and effort they have put into perfecting their skill.

Here is your yearly reminder to make sure your coils are clean and ready for the summer, brought to you by Reid Wilkinson Photography. Remember, just because your coil looks clean does not mean it is clean. This is a prime example of a coil that appeared to be clean but, as you can see from the photos, was full of dirt!
When these coils are dirty, the units run at a higher pressure and temperature. Just like everything else in the world, nothing works more efficiently when it’s running hot. These high pressures cause inefficiency in the units, and if left over time it can cause irreversible damage.
