Our team put the final touches on an 80’x90’ house pad this week for a local barndominium builder. This project started by removing the trees, roots, and dirt that is not suitable to build a house pad on.
We were able to truck in 58 loads of select fill dirt to the job site in 1.5 days.
This pad was built without slopes on the sides due to the land owners requesting a retaining wall for their home.
We look forward to seeing a beautiful barndominium built on top of the pad!

Need a fence line cleaned up? 🌳🪾
Our team has the proper equipment to make overgrown land have access again.

This project was completed in Blanchard, Oklahoma for a new client. The fence line was overgrown with underbrush, grass, and unwanted trees. The client requested to keep the oak and cedar trees to keep a shady area but still have a pretty view of the pasture from the house.

• The first step was to use a tree puller to bring the unwanted trees up by the root, to prevent any regrowth.
• The second step of the process was to use a heavy duty brush cutter to remove all of the underbrush and turn it into mulch.
• The final step of the project was to mow deeper into
the pasture to leave a clean finish with a pretty view.

This client was ecstatic with how the project turned out and we are always happy to build new relationships with new clients that trust us to take on their land projects!

In the fall of 2025, we had the opportunity to build this road for one of our customers in Sunset, TX.
The project started out by building a 40’ wide entrance at the front of the property with a culvert for proper water drainage.
The next step was to clear the land for the road and design a drainage ditch on the side of the road so water would not wash any of the material away.
After the proper grading and drainage was completed, we were able to haul in road base to start designing the road.
We used a vibratory roller to compact the road base after the road was completed to ensure of a smooth driveway and a long lasting road.
This road turned out amazing and our customer was ecstatic with how the final product looked.

Our equipment is able to completely eliminate holes by digging beneath a driveways surface, and completely resurfacing the material to a smooth finish.
