Concrete delivery is complete as of Friday at this ongoing project at this clients' home. I am sure they cannot wait to be able replace their furniture to its rightful place and spend the upcoming spring and summer months sitting on their front patio. Nice work, boss!

Restoration and foundation work continues at the project we shared a couple weeks ago. After AN ENTIRE YEAR, client happily reports finished basement continues to remain dry during rain and storms. Keep up the good work boss! Can't wait to see the final photos!

We got a call from a client going through a difficult time just over a year ago. They had a new concrete porch and walkway installed. Unfortunately, this was not done properly and caused extensive damage to the home's foundation. This, in turn, allowed for water to pour into their finished basement every time it rained. This rendered most of this floor of the home unusable.

Thankfully, with the help of our favorite go-to excavation team and another wonderful contractor, we devised a plan to tackle remediation. I am happy to report, work is well underway. The client messaged me a few weeks ago and said "Kelly, it's raining and my house is not flooded!! Thank you!!"

We are grateful that we are able to help fix what was broken. These clients have had a long year, but light is visible at the end of the tunnel. Nice work Andy, Randy of R.A.W. Excavating and Steven Weiss, LLC. for the collaboration. Can't wait to see the final photos, but here are some photos of the work thus far.

The frigid temperatures this week allowed us to squeeze in a small project for a returning client. Andy is doing a beautiful job re-pointing two interior stone entryways in their home. Be sure to get your estimates booked in time for spring, we are anxiously awaiting warmer temperatures and they will be here before you know it!

We may have been quiet for a bit, but we have been keeping busy in spite of the cold weather and snow. Just wrapped on a spot repointing this chimney and installing a new crown. We also repaired various areas of damaged stucco around the exterior of the home.

People often do not realize that chimneys need maintenance after so many years, a proper crown can make a huge difference with mitigating water pe*******on into brick/stone. Don't wait until winter hits again to make these repairs.

We also do patios, fireplaces, stucco, and a plethora of other masonry work for all your needs.

This client uses his fireplace for heating. Unfotunately, without the proper material in front of the fireplace it was rendered unsafe. Andy was able to get materials to match existing and make it safe for our clients use. Just in time for the cold weather rapidly approaching PA. Good job boss!

This particular client, Sam, had reached out to obtain a quote for a leaning retaining wall above their driveway. Unfortunately, it collapsed before we could address it. Thankfully, we were able to rearrange a bit of our schedule to rebuild the wall. We are fortunate to have some of the kindest clients, Sam and his wife being no exception. With Sam's permission, I am sharing his text I received upon Andy completing the job:

"Please tell Andy how grateful we are and what an AMAZING job he did!! It was so worth the wait. Also the fact that he patched up the wall along the stairs without us asking/paying him to do that blew us away too. Thank you both so much!! "

We are grateful for our clients and that we get to do what we love! Great job team!

Playing catch up as I was out of the office last week. We did a complete repoint on this brick chimney. We also installed a new concrete crown with enough overhang to further protect the integrity of the the brick and offering longer lasting results. Good job boss!
