This is one of our current construction projects, Summit & Sky Apartments on the corner of Jackrabbit and Baxter. This is a multi family project with 108 units in various building sizes. We have a great group of subcontractors and suppliers getting it done!

Payroll and Human Resources
Perform All aspects of processing the weekly payroll
Weekly payroll liability reconciliations as well as payment processing of taxes and benefits.
Prepare certified payroll reporting as required.
Submit and pay premiums for monthly workers compensation payroll reports.
Reconcile & pay Health insurance premiums monthly.
Quarterly Payroll tax calculations, reporting and payment.
Year-end payroll reconciliations and W2 distribution.
Maintain OSHA 300 & 300A forms.
Collect data and submit first reports of injury to workers compensation claims center.
Support the annual Group Health Insurance open enrollment process.
Annual Workers Comp and General Liability audits and projections.
Driver MVR check

Office Assistant Duties
Greeting visitors
Answers office phone
Mail (Daily): Includes opening all mail, scanning if needed, distribution.
Monitoring payables email, capturing and distributing invoices that arrive electronically.
Execute lien release processes.
Reconciling credit cards.
Vehicle/Equipment maintenance logs.
Support Safety Committee; Create jobsite safety manuals
Compile/organize support documentation for monthly invoicing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience required:
3+ years previous experience with payroll and benefits
Familiarity with Construction Accounting and Job Costing
Familiarity with Intuit software (Sage 100, Sage 300, or QuickBooks payroll module)

Fun event!

Pack the Place in Pink golf benefit event took place last Friday. Rotherham Construction sponsored and participated in this fun event. Nick Morasko, Mark Tholander, Dan Jesse and Derek Jones had a fun day, Cody Fulleton stepped in later to finish to course.
