Meet Leah Anderson, our Financial Controller and HR Coordinator here at BTi!
Leah helps manage the numbers, paperwork, and people side of BTi, bringing organization and care to both the financial and HR aspects of the company.
Leah spent 15 years as a credentialed veterinary technician before moving into office management with Blasting Technologies. Her role naturally expanded into accounting and HR, leading her to where she is today with BTi. That background gave her plenty of experience juggling details, solving problems, and keeping things steady when things get busy.
Outside of work, Leah is usually reading, horseback riding, quilting, scrapbooking, or planning her next Disney adventure. She loves spending time with her husband Tim, their two dogs, and her horse. Leah and Tim originally moved to Montana for work, but quickly found themselves putting down roots. They love the slower pace, open space, and the idea of building a future homestead life here.
