Innovative Sheet Metals is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our team.

If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

Position: Office Assistant
Location: Muskegon, MI
Hours: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm

What you’ll be doing:
• Answering phones & assisting customers/contractors
• Creating invoices and organizing paperwork
• Helping with scheduling and daily office tasks
• Supporting our team with order processing and estimates
• Keeping the office running efficiently

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Willingness to learn our products and processes
