First phase of a 3 phase project was to reroute the drain lines so the had better flow and made a little more sense. Pictures on the left is the new plumbing. Next phase will be adding ductwork to supply a new bedroom addition.

What started out as a simple sewer cleaning turned into the installation of new sewer pipe and a holding tank where there wasn't one! We would have had it all complete if the track hadn't come off the excavator, twice!

Even on a day off, I can't get a day off.... New break caliper & rear axle seal. Might be time to retire the ole work horse.

April showers bring May flowers but they also cause a lot of issues for old sewer lines and lines that could be improperly sized or installed.
