ARG recently hosted a charity event called High Stakes for Hunger at the Pennhills Club. We're proud to announce that the event raised nearly $30,000 with all proceeds being donated to the Friendship Table and other local food pantries.

Recently, Sabina Ford, Health and Safety Specialist and Jason Hogue, Quality Manager, completed Leadership McKean’s 8-month CORE Leadership Program which is designed to strengthen McKean County’s civic capacity and economic growth by equipping emerging and established leaders with skills, connections and insights to make a lasting impact. Last week at the George G. Blaisdell YMCA Award Luncheon, ARG was the proud recipient of the 2026 George G. Blaisdell YMCA Business Award. This award recognizes a business that exemplifies the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility through community leadership, partnership, and service. We are incredibly honored and proud to receive such a meaningful award.

And a big shoutout to all of the other award winners! Congratulations to each of you!

Alfred State University recently hosted its annual Signing Day event, celebrating graduating students who have secured employment commitments prior to graduation.

Among those in attendance were Shelbey Brown and Garrett Baker, representing ARG, in support of student participant Matt Perry. (pictures with Garrett & Matt)

Matt Perry is currently enrolled at Alfred State University in the Electrical Construction and Maintenance program, with an expected course timeline of August 2024 through May 2026. He began gaining hands-on experience with ARG as an intern in the Electrical department in June 2024 and has continued building industry experience by returning during winter and summer breaks.

Following graduation, ARG has extended a full-time offer to Matt Perry for a position in the Electrical department as an Electrician Journeyman I, marking a transition from internship experience to professional employment within the company.
