This may be one of the most frozen units I’ve ever seen! A Clogged gutter caused some of the water thawing out on the roof to spill over and refreeze on this one! It’s always a good idea to take a look at your heatpump in the frigid temps! If you see something like this, be sure to switch to emergency heat to avoid further damage and call a professional!

Was told they needed a new system. Filters were in terrible shape and found the condenser coil like this. Cottonwood will shutdown your unit. That’s why it’s a good idea to do routine maintenance on your hvac system. Give us a call for all your hvac needs.
