We’re Hiring | Multi-Entity Accounting Specialist

Trifecta is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team and help manage the financial operations of our multiple companies and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Experience managing multiple companies or entities
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable & invoicing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll accounting, including state withholding
• Intercompany transactions & transfers
• Job costing by project/property
• Construction draws & lender reporting
• WIP/construction inventory accounting
• Understanding of owner contributions, distributions & equity
• Working knowledge of P&Ls, Balance Sheets & Cash Flow Statements
• Basic business tax and tax-planning knowledge
• Comfortable working directly with a CPA throughout the year and at year-end

Industry experience:
Construction accounting/bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred. Real estate brokerage/property accounting experience is preferred, and real estate development accounting experience is a plus.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive. You should understand why transactions are coded a certain way—not simply how to enter them—and be comfortable identifying new tools and processes that can help streamline our companies as we grow.
