Meet Buford, the 1951 Ford F3 flatbed truck that's now the proud mascot of Dakota Auto Parts (DAP). Buford's in such great shape, he's got less rust than a high school science project and a patina that would make any antique jealous.

DAP decided Buford needed a glow-up—literally! We wanted his side markers, tail lights, headlights, and cab lights to shine bright with the landscape lights. So, we ordered some fancy 2W LED lights that work with 12-24 VAC.

After a bit of DIY surgery—removing light covers, drilling holes, and fitting the new LEDs inside—we used the original bulb holders to secure the new sockets. The headlights were a challenge, but we got 'er done. A quick connection to the power supply, and voila! Buford's lighting up the night like it's 1951 all over again.

He looks fantastic. Come on by and check him out!

My back and knees hurt today? Another partial project down. Need to get the doors and baseboards installed. Then get the windows and doors casing installed. The fireplace will be painted white as well.

Another project completed in Brandon, SD. New cabinets, countertops and backsplash. I must say this sink was a real challenge but got it done.
