Civil Construction Estimator / Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, as well as managing the projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects including site work, water, sewer, and storm drain.
Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and budgets.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, including site work, water, sewer, and storm drain.
Knowledge of 3D modeling, machine control, and surveying
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
