Research has shown one-sixth as many deaths occur on 90℉ days than in the early 1900s, and the likelihood of premature death was 2.5% on a hot day between 1929 and 1959 and 0.5% after 1960.

Fun fact Fri.... forget it .. I'm bad at timing it on a certain day, here's a fun fact regardless....

The First White House AC Cost $30,000: Herbert Hoover was the first president to have air conditioning. It was installed after the 1929 stock market crash. Most homes didn’t have AC until the 1970s when it became more affordable.

The First Domestic AC Was Huge: Installed in 1914, it measured over 7 feet high, 6 feet wide, and 20 feet long. The first room air conditioner wasn’t invented until 1931, while the first car with an AC option was introduced by Packard in 1939. Its components took up half the trunk!

Fun fact Friday... Heat index edition

Cleaning your AC before the heat really hits can not only save you $$$ on your electric bill but also save $$$ on costly repairs, increase the life of your system and most importantly keep you from being miserable.

Even if it's just washing off the grass with a hose after you mow... Anything will help it, just DONT continuously run water on it!

Willis Haviland Carrier (November 26, 1876 – October 7, 1950) was an American engineer, best known for inventing modern air conditioning. Carrier invented the first electrical air conditioning unit in 1902.

Normally I would recommend you clean coils from the inside to outside, however this Trane coil needed sprayed from every direction.
