🚨ROOT ALERT🚨
A customer reached out this week when they found their toilets were not flushing do to a mainline stoppage. We consider these emergency call and they take top priority so we made him our next stop and got right to work.
We snaked out the main sewer line and pulled back this massive root ball that was stopping up the line!
After we got the stoppage cleared and flowing we ran a camera through the sewer line to find out where these roots came from.
What we found was that there was a separation between the customers sewer line and the city tap near the street and this is where the roots were able to grow into the pipe.
We got in touch with the city and they were out the next day checking to see if it was on them or the customer. After much deliberation we were able to show the city that it was their issue, saving our customer thousands of dollars to dig up his main sewer line.
Now the city is going to do it for free!
We take pride in taking care of our customers the best we can and doing what is right. It probably took more effort getting the city to fix their line than it would have to just sell a repair and put the cost on the homeowner but that would not have been right. We go the extra mile for our customers!
