After one year on the job site, our electrical work is complete!

A huge thank you to Keith & Hayden for giving us the highlights (and the outtakes). Their personalities and work ethic are the best, and we're so glad to have them on our team.

We love community, and this weekend had a chance to enrich the dog sports community! We opened our shop up for the Empower Dog Training Scent Work Seminar with Holly Bushard. These dogs train for sport, and many are involved in tracking and search & rescue.

What is an AC tune-up actually checking? There’s a lot more to it than a quick look at your system.

Jared walks us through some of the diagnostic checks we perform, including refrigerant charge, capacitor performance, outdoor coil condition, and amp draw on the compressor and fan motor.

We compare those readings to the manufacturer’s specifications and document them to create a baseline for your equipment, to help with your preventative maintenance.

And because the homeowners are Comfort Club members, they received a discount on the refrigerant Jared added to the system, while the tune-up and visits were no additional charge.

We celebrate these team members recognized in August for ELITE actions.

Tyler K. and Duncan A. both had many responsibilities land on their plates and handled them all with excellence. Tyler has also been responsive and adaptive to some big technology changes, and Duncan has been eager to learn anything asked of him. Both have helped our company grow and we're grateful for them.

AnneMarie A. has been our resident marketing intern for the past 12 weeks. She has shown up early, ready to learn and jumped into any needed project with a positive attitude. She's been a great part of the team and we wish her all the best!

Our team performed a Comfort Club tune-up, replaced the capacitor, washed the condenser coils, cleaned the electrical components, and also cleaned up debris from the surrounding area.
