You’ve got multiple levels opening up to the backyard, covered spaces to sit and stay awhile, and the fire pit giving everyone a natural place to land.

One of our favorite parts of building custom homes is that we're literally framing the view.

These walls are going up, but what we're really doing is deciding how this family will experience this lake every single day. Where the morning coffee gets poured. Which window catches the sunset. Where everyone naturally gathers when friends come over.

We spend a lot of time thinking about those details long before drywall ever goes up. That's what custom building means to us. We're not just framing a house. We're framing the moments that happen inside it.
