Project Spotlight: Londonderry Town Office Renovation!

We’re proud to share a few photos from a recent project we completed for the Town of Londonderry, Vermont — a full renovation of their town office.

Working closely with our talented team of subcontractors, GPI delivered a modern, functional, and beautiful space that will serve the Londonderry community for years to come.

We're underway with our latest housing project at Safford Commons in Woodstock, VT. Were pleased to be collaborating with Evernorth, this project will bring two additional 2 unit town houses to the existing development. A special thanks to Crete Pavers and 's excavating for getting us out of the ground!

Project Complete!
After nearly a year of dedication and hard work, we're proud to announce the successful completion of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Project for Lactalis USA

The project involved:
Modifications and expansion to the existing pretreatment plant
Upgraded effluent screens
Installation of a new MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) tank and associated equipment
Construction of a new building to house the treatment systems

A big thank you to our team and partners for their incredible effort and commitment to quality. We’re excited to have contributed to a cleaner, more efficient operation for our client!

Here's a few photos of an interesting project we've been working on, a new wastewater treatment facility for the Commonwealth Dairy Plant. The project is moving along well, new building is up we're starting the installation of the wastewater treatment process equipment, we're on track to flip the switch and put the new facility into service sometime in February!
