This is hands down the biggest over all transformation we’ve done for a property to date.

We resided and sealed behind the old structure with Hardie. Then built back four brand new timber tech decks. All guarded in aluminum handrail with stainless steel cable in fill, with a matching timber tech top rail. The lower deck is surrounded with the landscape feature to ease in the grade of the land. And the entire property is surrounded in about 300 feet of 6 foot cedar fencing.

From great clients to a fun build, this has been a great project all around.

We are currently booking for the end of June and into July and would be more than happy to get you some numbers and get you on our schedule.

Another fun project! 3 different decks redecked with 3 different fascia designs! We ended up having to completely rebuild the front entry but other 2 decks had good strong bones for framing!

My favorite clients are repeat clients! It’s not everyday we get to go back to a project and enjoy the decks we’ve built. We added on a 12’x22’ aluminum patio cover with acrylic infill onto this 12’ by 44’ deck we built in October of 2024.

These make a great addition to any home! Especially in the Washington weather.

We also built a litte utility cover today off of another clients design.

Just finished the cedar re-decking job out on Bainbridge Island! Super happy with how this turned out! I understand the draw to the lifetime decks with zero maintenance, the PVC and the aluminum. But I’ll always love getting to build with cedar and other natural material materials.

Added in this hog panel handrail, and by far one of my favorite gates I’ve ever built. This thing is so simple and awesome. I really enjoyed this project.

Made some big improvements to this backyard im Tacoma!

Removed overgrown laurels and a cherry tree, tore out the old walkway, and replaced it with a 12’ x 20’ broom‑finished concrete parking pad. Added a 12’ rolling cedar gate to open up the yard and make the space more usable—plus the kids have a perfect spot to shoot hoops now.
