Description:
The role of the Quality Control manager is to verify the quality of the project from design through construction. The Quality Control manager acts as the liaison for the company to communicate with government agencies and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
Maintain daily reports (QCS/RMS system)
Verify Project conforms to RFP, Proposal, IFC drawings & Specifications
Conducting weekly Quality Control meetings
Coordinate 3rd party inspections
Manage RFI/ASI approvals
Experience:
Design Build experience
Worked on DOD contracts.
QCS/RMS system
Efficient in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Outlook

Education:
Must have bachelor’s degree: construction management, engineering or architecture.
CQMC certificate within last 5 years
IBC certificate
Work Conditions:
Quality control managers are typically assigned to one project where they will be in a field office for the duration construction.
Extended hours and weekend work may be required based on the conditions of the project.

The role of Safety Officer is to review and approve safety plans to subcontractors performing work and ensure they follow the safety guidelines during construction. The safety officer acts as the liaison for the company to communicate with government agencies and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
Maintain daily reports (QCS/RMS)
Verify Project conforms to EM 385-1-1 & OSHA
Participate in weekly progress meetings
Collect all AHA’s
Experience:
5 years experience as safety officer with 24 hour annual training each year
Worked on DOD contracts.
Familiar with design build projects
Efficient in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiar with 3 phase inspection
Capable of creating site specific safety plans
Education:
Bachelor’s degree: construction management, engineering, safety or architecture.
CQMC certificate within last 5 years
IBC certificate
OSHA 500

Work Conditions:
Safety Officer is typically assigned to one project where they will be onsite for the duration of construction.
Extended hours and weekend work may be required based on the conditions of the project.

The role of Superintendant is to verify constructability for design build projects. The superintendant coordinates the subcontractor’s onsite to meet the project schedule.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily reports
Meet schedule
Participate in weekly progress meetings

Experience:
5 years experience as superintendent
Worked on DOD contracts.
Familiar with design build projects
Efficient in Microsoft programs Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiar with 3 phase inspection

Education: (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree: construction management, engineering, safety or architect.
CQMC certificate within last 5 years
IBC certificate
OSHA 30

Work Conditions:
