UPDATE: Looks like the issue has been resolved!

UPDATE: We believe this is an issue with AT&T and Sudden Link/Optimum
We are having technical issues with our phone lines at the office. Callers using cell phones are receiving an error message when trying to reach us. Please try using a land line to reach out if you need service. If you do not have access to a land line please reach out to Dawn at 979-249-6069 or Kristi at 979-251-2470. UPDATE: It seems there is an issue with Suddenlink business customers. They are working to resolve the problem.

WE HAVE DISCOVERED THAT IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT LAKEWAY AIR CONDITIONING FROM AN AT&T MOBILE PHONE LINE THE CALL WILL NOT GO THROUGH. PLEASE CALL FROM A LAND LINE OR ANOTHER CELL PHONE CARRIER TO REACH US UNTIL THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH AT&T.

We have tested other business phone numbers from our AT&T devices and discovered this is at least an area wide issue.
