What was once a dark, low-hanging crowded patio with aging stone has been completely transformed into a clean, modern outdoor living space! 👏

We removed the old pavers, installed sleek limestone slabs with black star gravel, built a new pergola, rejuvenated the pond with marble coping, and created a fresh, inviting walkway that completely changes the feel of this backyard. 👀In Texas, subterranean termites love plumbing leaks. They come up from the ground, eat, and go back down. Termites love moisture and wood. 🪵

When we remodel a home and find termite damage, it’s almost always because of a plumbing leak. If termites are inactive, our method for treatment involves removing bad studs and affected areas, then treating the entire exposed area with Bora-Care. 🙌 Bora-Care is a product we use during new construction that treats lumber for up to 10 years. You typically see Bora-Care diluted with coloring to identify where at on the studs you’ve treated. ✅📋
