JOB SUMMARY:
Controls inventory of all products in storage, ensuring that all materials are received, issued, and counted regularly. Schedules shipments and receipts according to customer requirements and the facility’s production schedule. Manage inventories on all finished goods, components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and Schedule all shipments to the customers, according to production schedule.
• Send purchase orders received from customers to sales coordinator.
• Generate all the shipping documents such as: picking sheet, BOL, labels, invoice, etc.
• Review that shipments are loaded correctly.
• Communicate with customers by email, fax, and telephone as required or directed.
• Inform shipment status to customers and sales department.
• Control the transfer of finished goods from production to finished goods warehouse ensuring that the
quantities agree with the company’s ERP inventory records.
• Manage inventory of components and request it on time to the supplier or purchasing department when
needed based on min and max levels.
• Responsible of Inventory count at the end of the month.
• Receive all the components ensuring the correct amount is physically counted and into the ERP System.
• Oversee inventory control activities, records, and audits.
• Communicate storage capacity requirements.
• Follow and comply the Environmental and Safety policies.
• Promote the fulfillment and awareness of customer requirements, of quality system requirements, and all
relevant state, federal, and local legal and regulatory requirements in Environmental and Safety aspects.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and
humidity.
• Position requires sitting at desk or workstation for extended period of time.
• Position requires manual/digital dexterity to support data entry activity for extended periods of time.

Minimum of High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. At least 2 years experience in Warehousing within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the inspection and installation of all tooling and associated components used in the production process. Provides training and direction to other individuals on the tool setting/maintenance team(s) in the area of tool preparation, maintenance, and repair as needed or as instructed by the Maintenance Manager of the facility.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Removes tools from press at the completion of production run, inspects the tools for damage or repair needs and prepares them for storage in the designated mold storage area.
· Retrieves tools from storage and prepares them for production in accordance with production plan established by the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor(s). Configures designated press to accept tooling required for the next production job and installs the tool.
· Performs preventive maintenance on fill guns used in the production process.
· Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment as needed. Performs routine inspection on all molds and receiver frames.
· Assists Maintenance Manager with daily preventive maintenance tasks as needed and also assists with repairs to building and/or equipment when required.
· Documents and maintains appropriate records for mold changes and repairs
· Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
· Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
· Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities.
· Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
· Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
· Other duties as assigned

Performs maintenance works involving 2 skills to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Press Operator, you are responsible for inspecting and sorting molded or assembled parts/ products for defects, and/or deviations from specifications. You will also pack parts into designated packaging or pallet configurations based on customer requirements and/or standard quality specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor press to ensure parts are completely ejected from the mold. Notify Production Supervisor of any problems observed or encountered during the molding operation.
• Pack acceptable parts into pre-defined packaging or pallet configuration according to the established quality standard.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Mark/label completed container(s)/bundle(s) with designated item information according to establish quality standards.
• Record production data.
• Remove molded parts from the collection bin or table and perform visual inspection for conformance to established quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area making sure to properly discard rejected parts and to keep area free of debris and standing water.
• Perform duties in conformance with all established safety policies and procedures.
• Transfer parts in/out of drying tunnel as required/instructed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Observation - ability to visually inspect parts during the production operation and properly determine whether the parts meet quality standards.
• Reading Comprehension - Understanding written instructions contained in work-related documents.
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate,
• Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

• Ability to use manual pallet jack or other designated material handling equipment to move finished good parts and/or components to/from the assigned workstation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Working in the manufacturing environment requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes protective eyewear, but may also require hearing protection, and reinforced-toe safety shoes.
• Position may require periods of physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires continuous standing for periods of 4-8 hrs.
• Position requires physical mobility involving repeated bending and stretching.
• Must be able to safely lift articles of a minimum of 25 lbs.
