Our leadership team aligned on priorities, ex*****on, and how technology can support Delek’s strategy and deliver value.

Time together in Franklin and Brentwood strengthened collaboration and our commitment to results. We also had the opportunity to give back through the DKT Healthcare Heroes Scavenger Hunt, a team-building event that combined collaboration, community support, and service. DKT teams assembled appreciation bags for healthcare workers that were donated to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital Vanderbilt at Williamson Medical Center.

The momentum built this week reinforces our confidence in what we can accomplish together.

Live from Big Spring, this year’s program will focus on advancing our Drive to Zero commitment and the actions and conversations that move us closer to zero incidents. We’re honored to welcome former NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough, who will share lessons on teamwork, preparation, and performance when the stakes are high.

Safety Day is about recognizing that every moment counts, every voice matters, and every choice contributes to the culture we build together. For Brandon Borden, a mechanic at our El Dorado refinery, that growth came through rope rescue training. From hands-on learning to real-world preparedness, our teams are constantly building skills that matter. As Brandon shared, “speed isn’t always the answer - you’ve got to walk before you run.” That mindset reflects the discipline and commitment to safety we value across Delek.

This Memorial Day, Delek employees, veterans, and family members proudly participated in events across multiple communities, from Nashville to El Dorado, Hobbs, Tyler, Baton Rouge, and beyond, honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

From flag placements and memorial ceremonies to community observances with fellow veterans, these moments served as a powerful reminder that remembrance is not just a tradition, it’s a responsibility.

More than 1.3 million Americans have given their lives in military service throughout our nation’s history. This weekend, we paused to honor their legacy and the families they left behind.

Every flight supports the people behind the operation, giving teams the information they need to make smarter, safer decisions.
