ULI is an organization that represents the mission that strong communities, good development partners and excellence in development and design should be recognized and best practices shared.

Thank you for joining us to celebrate 12 years of ULI Nashville’s Excellence in Development Awards. This year we came together outdoors on the outfield of First Horizon Park, home of the Nashville Sounds. The stadium was a recipient of a ULI Nashville Excellence in Development award in 2016!

During this year's Fourth of July weekend, one of our favorite projects, The Mulehouse, hosted a sold-out concert featuring Cassandra Coleman and several other American Idol contestants. We’re incredibly proud to have been the general contractor on this historical building that holds so much significance for the people of Columbia, and we can’t wait to see who The Mulehouse brings to town next!

Saturday in Columbia featured a sold out Mulehouse concert for "American Idol" Top 10 finalist Cassandra Coleman & Friends, ending in an explosive fireworks show at RIverwalk Park.

Over 17,000 cubic yards of dirt has been moved so far in our shopping center project in Murfreesboro, Tennessee — that’s enough to fill up 3.4 million one gallon milk jugs! Stay tuned for more updates.

A whole year has passed since we partnered with Ascend Federal Credit Union for the opening of their Green Hills location! This project on Glen Echo road is Ascend’s 27th location and sixth branch in . The bank offers a full suite of products and services, plus interactive teller machines (ITMs). Happy one-year anniversary, Ascend Federal Credit Union Green Hills!
