Thoughtful design, clean glass, custom ceilings with stained wood, digital branding, work areas, and a conference room anchored by a custom concrete table. We built this office a little at a time, pouring the same care and attention into our own space that we bring to every project.

We used structural steel for the base and poured a concrete top, giving it a strong, industrial feel that ties back to our construction roots.

This Week is Su***de Prevention Week

The reality is sobering - construction has one of the highest su***de rates of any industry. The pressures of the job, the long hours, and the physical demands can take a toll on mental health.

Details matter.

This morning's coffee came with a lesson - half filled buckets, an extension cord running through the customer entry, no crew in sight - and even using the owner's furniture to tape off the work area. Classy.

Glad they aren't on my team.

Whether the contractor is the cheapest or the most expensive, small details like this cost nothing to fix - but can cost a lot when ignored.

One of our subcontractors recently suffered a cardiac arrest on site.

He was unconscious for 14 minutes.

Tasch Superintendent Derek Schubert led the response - immediately starting CRP. But he wasn't alone.

The entire team moved with purpose. Someone cleared space. Someone handled crowd control. Someone ran to the front gate to meet the ambulance.

Because of that calm, coordinated response, paramedics were able to reach him quickly - Kenny survived. In the months since, he's made a full recovery, and proudly back on the job.

This is what training looks like in action. And this is why we take it seriously.

Safety isn't just about checklists, it's about people - being prepared, staying calm, and having each other's backs.

We couldn't be more proud of our crew.
