The latest project. the homeowner wanted the fireplace gone and replace with a small cabinet and wainscot across the wall, a little crown molding, along with a new paint job, and new flooring.

Make ready and small renovation for Rooted Physical Therapy's new location. (https://www.rootedphysicaltherapyllc.com)
First was to expand the receptionist window, add a wood frame, caulk, paint from the front door to the back, and from ceiling to the baseboards. The biggest challenge was the back room, which was flat black.

Finally had time to get the plumbing trim in.

We had to do a major repair at Mom's house. Tore out the old shower, which was leaking, removed a whirlpool bath tub and constructed a huge walk-in shower, complete with LED lighting, overhead rain nozzle, the regular shower. Grab bars, plumbing trim and pain are next.

A quick update on a mid-ninety's fireplace! We had previously replace the floors in the living room, the homeowner thought the fireplace deserved the same care.
