While we have grown since our operation began in 1992, our focus has remained the same…providing equipment to support and maintain conditioned space on a 24-hour basis with no down time. We have built our reputation on service, both before and after the sale. Our customers include a who’s who in the manufacturing, banking, healthcare, transportation, retail, telecom and data processing industries. The extensive inventory we maintain and our investment in service support staff demonstrates our dedication to keeping our customers on-line. Our in-house technical service and support staff is factory-trained in all aspects of the equipment we represent. Our staff has grown over the years, and so has the number of manufacturers we represent, but we are still focused on you, the customer, and providing 24 hour support. Our employees’ average years of employment with ESS are over 12 and they average more than 15 years experience, with some having 30 years in the industry. Louis since 1988, Engineers Club of St. Louis since 1988, Ashrae since 1993, and Afcom since 2004. We are located in a 10,000 sq. facility in Northwest St. Louis County. Our territory includes eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. We have recently expanded our demo room to be able to demonstrate to our potential customers some of the products we represent, and to highlight some of the latest changes in technology. These new technologies include more efficient and powerful UPS systems, digitally controlled cooling, variable speed air circulation, local and remote monitoring, and management reporting. ESS has received many annual awards for achieving sales quotas from multiple manufacturers.We received Liebert’s Eagle award in 1999 for exceeding sales of $25 million and were honored again in 2007 for exceeding sales of $100 Million and in 2015 exceeding $250 million.
