Future Design Controls has released a PC Configurator for the MCT Series.

The program replicates the look and feel of the configuration mode on the MCT and allows users to build new configurations, edit existing ones as well as the creation and editing of Ramp / Soak Profiles.

This tool is free to download and can be found on the website under Resources > Software Downloads > MCTA PC CONFIG UTILITY RELEASE V1.0.0

PC-Based Configurator
Easy-to-Use
Same Layout as on the MCT4
· Build new configurations and export
· Export configurations and edit on PC
· Build & Edit Ramp/Soak Programs


Scheduled Program Start
Start a Ramp/Soak Profile at a specified date & time
· Load Profile to Run
· Choose the T.O.D. Option
· Select Date & Time to Run
· Press Start
· Choose Step to Start (Default Step1)
· Program Status will Display with TOD Shown

Setpoint Ramp Rate
Single Set Point Ramping for Loops
· Ramp in units per minute
· Ramp in units per hour


Setpoint 2 w/ Event Input
Enabled in Loop Configurations (via EI)

Settings:
ACTUAL: Setpoint 2 will be used as the loop SP, overriding current SP or program SP.

DEVIATION: Setpoint 2 will be an offset to the current loop SP.


Countdown Timer w/ Event Output
Enable this function in the OEM Configuration
· Icon Displays at Top Right Corner of Home Screen
· Coincides with Event 1 Option
· Tap Icon & Enter Desired Cycle Time
· Press Start and Event Output 1 Turns On
· Once Time Completes, Even Output Turns Off
