I have to say, I'm absolutely in Love with this home we just finished in Sweetwater HOA in Garden City. The layout, the finishes, the entire thing! We had so much fun building this for some of the best customers ever! They close in the morning and are moving in this weekend. It's been an amazing experience, and we can't wait for them to build memories to last a lifetime at Bear Lake!

Getting off to a great start on this home in Garden City! Going to be such a great project! I love the process of starting with an empty piece of dirt and a customers imagination, and being a part of making their dream come to fruition. Feeling Blessed to do what we do!

Another amazing project in Garden City. These Carriage Homes are a blast to build, and create the perfect Bear Lake Getaway! And the views! 🤩 I don't think there's such a thing as a bad view up here! And a huge shout out to our framing crew! They finished Fish Haven and came here on Wednesday afternoon. 48 hours later and I'm talking pictures from the 2nd floor!

This home in Fish Haven is going to have some of the best views around! Of course, I say that about every home we build! We try to maximize the view! It's amazing to start with a set of plans on paper, and be a part of seeing them come to life. We have the best guys, subs, and of course, Customers!
